Battle for Redwall

This is the final battle between Cluny the scourge and Matthias the warrior from Redwall by Brian Jacques. If you have never read it you should. I always imagined Cluny as a huge black rat, the kind that people mistake for dogs and is so black that he just blends in with the shadows.

Summer is finally coming to a close and I have to get into art mode again. I don't know why I don't draw over summer vacation. I wish I did, I tried. Really I did. Originally this was supposed to be just a simple sketch so that I could scan it and paint it in Photoshop. Needless to say, I got a little carried away. Ha haha. I really like how it came out.
